Recipe Notes

I made the pumpkin pecan bread again today and added a cup of semi-sweet mini chocolate chips and made half of the batter into cute cupcakes for FamilyHome Evening treat. I only baked them for about 18-20 minutes. Also, on the grilled meatball salad, I omitted the bacon and just used ground pork. I added a little skim milk to the meatball mixture and baked them at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. I also drizzled them with a little bit of olive oil. This is so good! Everyone loved it!
