Recipe Note

When I made the Pecan Chicken Tenders, it said to fry them in 2-3 inches of oil but of course that is not necessary. I cooked them in a small amount of oil, just enough to cover the bottom of my pan. A little bit healthier. Also, Jonah loves these leftovers. He has been eating them for snacks everyday since I made them for dinner. I just rewarmed them in the oven for a few minutes at 350 degrees.
