So, I finished my cake decorating class last night and this is the finished product. I have been baking so much, at least once a day, so for this cake I made a cake mix- carrot cake but replaced half the oil with applesauce. And the icing is lemon buttercream. Now, I just need someone to give it to!

this cake is soooo beautiful!! good job:) btw, my sis had her baby Cali this morning, barely made it to hospital and her husband didn't make it in time but she and baby are ok (born on brin's bday:)

Me, me...give it to me. You are really so talented. I wish I had that much desire to bake and cook. I'm embarassed to say what I made for dinner tonight. Let's just say it came in a box.
