First Day of School for Jonah

I know, I know, typically there would just be one picture of the child going to school, looking nice and neat with a normal smile. I tried, really I did. But, it just didn't happen. There was too much going on and too many "animals" trying to get in the pictures. We had an exciting morning because the cousins are here and everyone was excited to see Jonah off to his first day of 1st grade. He was most excited of all and made sure to tell me that he wouldn't miss me at all. Well, I teared up on the way home without him because he is going to be gone all day. It goes too fast. Really.

I teared up, too! It IS hard to believe that Jonah is in first grade.
He is a handsome young man and I am proud (yes, proud) of the young man he is. What fun to have all the cousins there.

Hi Mary Ann!! It has been a long time! When I heard from you it took me back to the good old days of Bridgerland and Logan and USU... Crazy that you ended up in g-ville! I love seeing your little family, it is hard for me to imagine you as a mom... I haven't seen you for so long, still it is lots of fun to learn about your life now. Cute kids! And another wow to your food magic talent, better than the cook book pictures... :) Good to hear from you!

"It goes too fast..." I couldn't have said it better. Before you and I know it we'll be in our 40's and 50's and all the kiddies will be our age.
