Thanks for posting this article! I have found myself trying to do things 'healthier' for the past couple years almost. There is a great web site: greensmoothiegirl.com it has some interesting stuff. Some of it is a little overboard for me, but it gets me excited and thinking about better options for my famliy.
I enjoy all your recipes! You seem to really know how to cook! Can you teach me?
